These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gk9my ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://gk9my.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and features provided therein.

By accessing the gk9my website, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To register and maintain an active Account on gk9my, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.
• Single Account: You may maintain only one Account on gk9my at any given time. Registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether applied voluntarily through gk9my's own tools or by another operator or regulatory body.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

To create an Account, you must complete the registration process by providing a valid email address, a secure password, and any other information reasonably required by gk9my. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, gk9my requires all Players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process involves submitting:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence showing your name and residential address in Malaysia);
• Proof of ownership for each payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet account or bank account statement showing your name).

gk9my may request additional documentation at any time where required by applicable regulations or internal compliance procedures. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities or Account termination.

KYC documentation is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share KYC documents with third parties except where required by law.

gk9my accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and cryptocurrency equivalents. Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, direct bank transfers from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrency transfers in USDT (TRC20), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH).

The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: MYR 30 for cryptocurrency deposits; MYR 50 for all other payment methods.
• Ownership: You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• No Chargebacks: By depositing funds, you acknowledge that all deposits are voluntary. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal after wagering funds constitutes fraud and may result in Account termination and civil recovery proceedings.
• Processing Fees: gk9my does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which gk9my accepts no liability.
• Currency Conversion: Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation. gk9my is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency values.

Players may request a withdrawal of their Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• Minimum Withdrawal: MYR 50 for e-wallet and bank transfer withdrawals; minimum equivalent of MYR 30 for cryptocurrency withdrawals.
• Wagering Requirements: Any active bonus funds in your Account must have their associated wagering requirements fully cleared before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Same Method Policy: Wherever possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit.
• Processing Times: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank are typically processed within one business hour. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 15–60 minutes subject to network confirmation times.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply. gk9my reserves the right to adjust these limits for individual accounts based on risk assessment.

gk9my reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending KYC verification, unresolved bonus wagering requirements, or a breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, we will notify the Player and specify the reason for the delay where permitted.

gk9my offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and VIP programme benefits. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• One Bonus Per Player: Each Player is entitled to claim each specific promotional offer only once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ranging from 10x to 35x depending on the specific offer. Players must wager the required multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified) before any resulting winnings are withdrawable.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While bonus funds are active, the maximum permitted stake per bet or spin is typically capped at MYR 250–MYR 500. Placing bets in excess of the applicable maximum bet cap while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games (including Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Sports betting contributions vary by promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or uncleared bonuses expire within 7, 14, or 30 days of being credited to an Account, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses impose a maximum cash-out limit on winnings derived from bonus funds. Winnings exceeding this limit will be removed from the Account balance upon withdrawal.
• Abuse: gk9my reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings in cases where we have reasonable grounds to believe the bonus has been abused, exploited, or claimed fraudulently.

All promotional terms are subject to change. The current terms for each active promotion are published on the Platform and take precedence over any general description in marketing materials.

All games available on the gk9my Platform — including slot games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, lottery, and arcade titles — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are delivered via regulated live-stream infrastructure. Game outcomes are independently determined and are not influenced by gk9my or any third party.

Players acknowledge that all outcomes in casino games are the result of chance and that past results do not predict future outcomes. gk9my publishes game Return to Player (RTP) percentages in the information section of each applicable game.

In the event of a technical failure during a game session (including server disconnection, game engine error, or communication failure), gk9my reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's Account balance. If it is not possible to determine the exact stake at the time of failure, gk9my's records will be considered conclusive.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gk9my Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other programme to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any systematic exploitation of promotional terms;
• Participating in or facilitating collusion, match-fixing, or any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of sporting events;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account.

All content on the gk9my Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface design, and trademarks — is the property of gk9my or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without prior written consent from gk9my.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gk9my shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — even if gk9my has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

gk9my's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the thirty (30) days preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gk9my makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, security, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or its content.

gk9my reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (without limitation):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity;
• Compliance with a regulatory instruction, court order, or law enforcement request;
• Where continuing to operate the Account would expose gk9my to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• Upon a Player's own voluntary request for self-exclusion.

Upon termination of an Account for cause, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real money balances in an Account closed for cause will be dealt with in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Where an Account is closed at a Player's own request without cause, the remaining real money Balance will be returned to the Player via their preferred payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

gk9my reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, provide notice via the Platform or by email to registered Players.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which gk9my operates.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the matter may be referred to arbitration or the appropriate courts, as determined by the applicable governing jurisdiction.
