"Our mission is simple: deliver a fast, fair, and genuinely trustworthy online gaming experience to every Malaysian player — whether they're betting on the EPL from Kuala Lumpur or spinning a jackpot slot in Johor Bahru."
We started with one goal: to give Malaysian players a gaming platform they could genuinely trust. No gimmicks, no fine-print traps — just a clean, fast, and secure place to play. Here's who we are and what drives us.
gk9my was created by a team of gaming industry veterans who saw a clear gap in the Malaysian market: most platforms were either technically unreliable, slow to pay out, or simply not designed with local players in mind. We decided to build something different.
From our earliest planning sessions — conducted, as it happens, in a coffee shop somewhere between Petaling Jaya and Bangsar — the mission was clear. Malaysian players deserve a platform that speaks their language, supports the payment methods they already use, and actually pays out when they win.
Today, gk9my serves thousands of players across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Shah Alam, and beyond. Our product covers every corner of the gaming experience: 500+ slot titles, live dealer casino tables, a fully featured sportsbook covering the EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and dozens of other leagues, plus lottery and arcade titles.
We built the payment layer specifically for Malaysia — integrating Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct transfers from Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank from day one. Cryptocurrency users are equally welcome, with BTC, ETH, and USDT TRC20 all supported. Most withdrawals are processed within minutes, not days.
We support every major Malaysian payment option so you never have to look far to top up or cash out.

Every decision at gk9my — from the technology we use to the bonuses we design — comes back to these five principles.
We protect every transaction and every personal detail with 256-bit SSL encryption and multi-layer fraud detection. Players should never have to worry about where their money is.
Fast deposits, fast withdrawals, fast page loads. We built gk9my on high-availability infrastructure so downtime and laggy sessions are the exception, not the norm — even during peak EPL match nights.
Our games use certified random number generators. Bonus terms are written to be understood, not buried. We believe the house edge should be clearly communicated, not hidden behind obscure T&Cs.
gk9my was designed for Malaysia, not adapted for it after the fact. From MYR currency support to local bank integration and Malaysian sports betting markets — every feature was built with the local player in mind.
We take problem gambling seriously. gk9my provides deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion tools. The platform is for players aged 21 and above only, and we actively promote responsible play.
Every interface update, every new feature, every support process improvement starts with one question: does this make things better for the player? We listen to feedback from our community every week.
Beyond the games and bonuses, here are the specific features that set gk9my apart from other platforms in the Malaysian market.
Whether you're commuting on the LRT in Kuala Lumpur or waiting for teh tarik in Penang, gk9my runs smoothly on any modern smartphone. No app download required — just open your browser and play.
Over 500 slot titles from leading software providers, covering classic 3-reel games, feature-rich video slots, and progressive jackpots that have paid out over MYR 200,000 to single players.

Bet on Liga Super Malaysia, the EPL, Champions League, UFC, NBA, and hundreds of other events daily. Live in-play betting lets you place wagers as the match unfolds, with updated odds every few seconds.
Most e-wallet withdrawals — Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay — are processed within 10 minutes. Bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank typically complete within the hour.
Beyond the welcome bonus, gk9my runs weekly reload bonuses, cashback deals, a Refer A Friend programme, and a VIP loyalty scheme with exclusive perks for long-term players.
Building a trusted online casino is not something that happens overnight. It requires consistent investment in technology, support infrastructure, and — most importantly — the trust of a player community that has plenty of options. Here's how gk9my got to where it is today.
A group of Malaysian gaming industry professionals pool their experience to identify what local players actually need from an online platform. The answer: speed, local payment support, and genuine transparency. Planning begins.
Core infrastructure is built on high-availability cloud servers. The payment layer is integrated with Malaysian banks and e-wallet providers from scratch. Game licensing agreements are secured with multiple leading providers.
gk9my opens its doors to Malaysian players. Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and FPX integrations go live on day one. Initial game library includes over 200 slots and a full live casino section. Early player feedback shapes the first round of improvements.
The full sportsbook launches covering EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, and UFC. Cryptocurrency deposits — BTC, ETH, USDT TRC20 — are enabled alongside a dedicated 2% crypto deposit bonus. Game library expands to 500+ titles.
Weekly promotions, VIP loyalty tiers, and continuous platform improvements keep gk9my at the forefront of the Malaysian online gaming market. Player count and withdrawal volume grow month over month. The journey continues.
Being truly local means more than supporting MYR. It means understanding how Malaysians play, what they value, and what frustrates them about other platforms.
gk9my doesn't just list payment methods as a checklist item. We actively maintain and test each integration. When Maybank or CIMB undergo maintenance windows, our system routes transactions intelligently to minimise disruption. When new e-wallet features roll out — like DuitNow QR — we adopt them promptly. Deposits and withdrawals should be frictionless, whether you're in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, or Johor Bahru.
We know Malaysian football fans don't just follow the EPL — they care deeply about Liga Super Malaysia, the FA Cup, and local derby matches. Our sportsbook features competitive odds across all major Malaysian football competitions as well as international events. UFC fight nights are fully covered with pre-fight and live in-play markets. We build our markets around what Malaysian bettors actually follow.
We believe gambling should be entertaining, not harmful. gk9my provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and voluntary self-exclusion for any player who needs a break. Our platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. If you or someone you know needs support, please reach out to our Responsible Gambling resources.
Malaysian players' personal information is handled with the highest standards of data security. We collect only what is necessary for account management and KYC verification, store data on encrypted servers, and never sell personal information to third parties. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.
